Rémy Siegrist

Rémy Siegrist, is a “Master Coach”, certified by Dr Suzanne Skiffington, member of the Behavioral Coaching Institute and the International Coaching Council (ICC). His main focus of interest is the identification and development of people’s potential. He is also a trainer and training consultant in the area of skills development. Director of his own HR Consulting company, Rémy collaborates with Oasys Consultants as Senior Consultant.

Qualified in electronics, Rémy spent more than 16 years in a multinational computer company where he held several positions including head of Customer Service, head of vocational training, vocational trainer, and Human Resources Director for Eastern and Central Europe. He then took over the management of an outplacement company in the French speaking part of Switzerland during four years before joining forces with a Human Resources consultancy firm as Senior Consultant.

His professional experience was accumulated through various positions in Switzerland, Europe and the United-States. He is a certified CAPP user (Computer Assessment of Personal Potential). His educational background includes courses at INSEAD Paris, IMI Geneva and BABSON College, Boston.

Rémy has been coaching hundreds of senior managers in career transition or personal assessment. He also delivers executive coaching programs, and runs seminars related to leadership and personal development.

Remy’s mother tongue is French, but his English is fluent too.
