Patrick Huguenin

Born in Switzerland, he began his career as a wealth manager in Geneva. He then moved into banking IT, a field in which he created two companies with a partner. In 2000, Patrick reoriented his career in the industry (manufacturing sails for boats) and regularly manages competition projects. He also leads numerous leadership and team management seminars.

Patrick is a graduate of the University of Lausanne HEC in business management.

A professional sailor, he was crowned World Champion in 2001 in the Farr 40 class, as well as European and Swiss Champion on several occasions. He has won the famous Bol d’Or Mirabaud on Lake Geneva on six occasions (5x as a crew member and 1x as a coach). He regularly coaches crews all over the world.

Coaching teams, improving their performance, optimising processes and increasing efficiency is his motivation. His coaching enables his clients to successfully achieve their goals.

A native French speaker, Patrick is also fluent in English.

An accomplished sportsman, when the lake or the ocean gives him time, he is also a ski instructor.

Patrick works with Oasys Consultants on specific assignments.
