She holds a Masters degree in hotel and restaurant management from the Lausanne Hotel School, and after her studies worked in the watchmaking sector, where she acquired numerous organisational and relational skills.
Attracted by the area of human resources, Sediereh joined the world’s leading temporary employment agency as executive assistant before becoming the Head of Administration for Lee Hecht Harrison Switzerland in 2002. As such, she was responsible for 5 branch offices and provided support to the management in Switzerland for several years. She then trained as a career transition consultant.
Sediereh conducts seminars on professional repositioning but also on various other subjects such as developing resilience. Certified in the Psychometric tool Insights MDI, she also provides individual support to managers. To date, she has worked with several hundred persons during their career transition.
Certified IDC, she is also active as a coach and accompanies executives and managers in their coaching programs in personal and professional development. At the same time, she brings a pertinent and human insight to assessments of skills in the context of internal selection or development.
Of Swiss nationality and of French mother tongue, she is also fluent in German, English and Italian. She is open-minded and positive and particularly enjoys contact with others, travelling and gastronomy.
