Myriam Mayer

Myriam Mayer is a Senior Consultant at Oasys Consultants where she works on specific missions.

Certified Master Coach in Leadership & Communication by the ICF, the International Coach Federation, Myriam dedicated the first half of her professional career to multinationals in the banking sector in Switzerland and abroad. Specialized in wealth management, she gradually took over the operational and functional direction of several departments of private and commercial clients. Parallel to that, she became implicated in restructuration projects and mergers at both local and national level. In this context, she sharpened her skills in three major fields: change management, project management and general management. These experiences made her develop a taste for challenge and managing people in complex situations.

Willing to dedicate the second half of her professional career to supporting people and teams in different phases of their career, Myriam then undertook a drastic occupational retraining. After two years collaborating with a consultancy firm in Human Resources, she followed certifying training in Coaching and NLP. She regularly trains in different approaches to her practice of coaching and is also certified to use the psychometric tools MBTI and Insights MDI.

At the beginning of 2007, Myriam launched her own company and from then on has been assisting individuals and teams in the management of their career, their professional repositioning and the development of their leadership. Alongside, she conceptualizes and hosts seminaries for people in career transition and is also active in the supervision and training of coaches.
