Senior Consultant

With more than 30 years of experience in SMEs and organizations in the French speaking part of Switzerland, Jean-Luc Voumard has assumed responsibilities in IT, industry, services as well as in the social sector. After having assumed functions in development, commercial responsibility, support and recruitment, he made a first professional transition to become director of a social organization focused on the economy and industry of Neuchâtel, a position he held for some 15 years. Jean-Luc then began a second transition that led him to the profession of professional coach.

An engineer by training, he completed his education with a degree in business management before training as an ICF Professional Coach (PCC). He then trained in executive coaching with Marshall Goldsmith Executive coaching and also conducts seminars and workshops.

With a long experience in change management, he has himself experienced resilience and the challenge of bouncing back from critical situations. Jean-Luc is convinced of the human potential to progress, learn, adapt and bounce back. As a consultant, he offers fundamentally human, respectful, sensitive and efficiency-oriented coaching. He particularly enjoys offering the people he coaches a different and creative perspective by allowing them to bring out the best in themselves.

Jean-Luc is a Swiss national and native French speaker. He is fluent in English.

In his spare time, he enjoys sports activities, especially sailing, as well as close relationships with family and friends.

Jean-Luc works with Oasys Consultants on specific career transition missions.
