Christèle Gobet

Christèle Gobet is senior Consultant at Oasys Consultants since 2016 for the Neuchâtel and Fribourg offices, after a long and rich career in recruitment. Christèle studied communication & marketing and initially held a purchasing position at a pharmaceutical production site.

She then joined an international computer network company in the position of HR Business Partner. Passionate about human behaviour and communication in social relations, she joined an international network of employment agencies where she stayed for 11 years, first as a Consultant for technical and engineering professions and then as Branch Manager where she was able to develop her skills in management, team management and business development.

Willing to complete her Human Resources expertise, she obtains her Federal HR Specialist Certificate. Very attracted by the support to persons, she undertakes a coaching training and obtains a certification that opens her the way for career transition. With her expertise in the complete job search process and her in-depth knowledge of the regional economic fabric, Christèle accompanies people in their professional repositioning through individual or group programmes. She is accredited to use the psychometric tools Insights MDI and EQ.

Christèle coordinates restructuring projects, accompanies skills assessments and sets up evaluation assessments for managers and specialists. She also builds and runs two seminars as part of transition programmes.

As experienced coach, she offers individual coaching to develop organisational, relational and managerial skills at different levels of the organisation.

Christèle is a Swiss national, a native French speaker and fluent in English, having lived for a year in the United States and worked for international companies.
