Laurent Sandoz

Laurent benefits from an expertise in accompaniment of enterprise creation and change management. During almost ten years, he acquired a strong experience within a large international consulting firm, in assessment and competencies development as well as career transition. He is an Executive Consultant within Oasys Consultants for the Neuchâtel office and a Certified Executive Coach.

He has a large set of competencies in the field of human management as well as an important knowledge in leading teams and developing complex diversification projects. He has managed large, multidisciplinary and multicultural teams on a national and international level in the field of medical and analytical technologies.

Laurent Sandoz has also acquired a recognized experience in managing industrial and service companies with hundreds of employees  as well as leading projects of implementation, acquisition, development and restructuring of companies. Laurent Sandoz has improved his education all along more than 30 years of career in various fields such as sales – Professional Selling Skills, Rank Xerox Academy, Brussels or education in executive leadership – EKSA, Geneva and in economics – Irvine BS CA, USA.

He advises and coaches in French, German, English and Italian.

He collaborates with Oasys Consultants on specific career transition missions.
