Carine Dilitz

Carine Dilitz has more than ten years of successful experience in management and organizational development as well as in supporting career transitions in an international, national and regional environment. She implemented and managed our Neuchâtel and Fribourg offices before assuming the General management of Oasys Consultants SA as of January 2018.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, a postgraduate diploma in Criminology and completed her studies with an Advanced Management Program in Business management. In addition, she is certified in emergency psychology.

She starts her career in project management, being in charge of Swiss wide projects for the Lausanne Institute of Criminology and Criminal Law. She also takes part in the Swiss Army Officers recruitment process in the context of assessment centers.

She then joins a multinational company, active in career transition and competency development, as Project Manager, Director Consulting and Operations Director for the Romandie. She acquired a broad experience in management as well as in HR and change management strategies design and implementation.

Carine supported many employees, managers and executives in their career transition and competences assessment, individually and in groups. Convinced that the unicity of everyone makes the difference, at Oasys, she proposes her competencies with enthusiasm, her dynamism and goal orientation to serve clients, candidates and colleagues.

Certified to use the analysis tools OPQ32, Insights and Profilscan.

French native speaker, she also speaks fluently English, German and Swiss-German.
