Anouk Heyraud is a consultant specializing in career management, and holds a Masters in psychology in the areas of career guidance for school leavers and professionals. She is certified as a coach by New Perspectives, a member of the International Coaching Council (ICC).
Anouk is associated with a specialized consulting firm for human resources management, and has been working on specific career transition missions with OasYs Consultants SA since February 2011.
After studying in Neuchâtel, Zurich, Nyon, Los Angeles and Lausanne, she began her career at the Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, at the faculty of pedagogy and didactics where she carried out research into human resources management. She then worked for the Canton of Geneva, where she was in charge of setting up an insertion structure for adolescents who drop out of school. The purpose of the structure is to identify career prospects for the young people in question and to support them in achieving their objective. Anouk then joined the team at the Centre du Bilan Vaud, and was in charge of the Yverdon branch. Her activities involved working with the unemployed, often with few qualifications, and finding realistic, motivating solutions for their reintegration.
In 1999, Anouk began working as a consultant in the field of human resources management. Initially, she worked in a small structure specializing in services related to remuneration and performance management before moving to a major auditing company.
Anouk has been working on a freelance basis since 2001, and offers services related to competencies management such as career management and transition, evaluations of managers, recruitment and transition management, as an all-round expert on human resources management.
Of French mother tongue, she is also fluent in German and English.
